I GOT THE JOB!

loopylouise123I gave in my CV to the clothes store NEXT a couple of weeks ago, after I went up to the desk to ask if they needed anyone. To my luck they did and so I handed in my CV. I wasn't expecting anything after that, my work experience isn't that long... or my qualifications aren't the most outstanding thing anyone has ever seen... but I hoped and was answered.
They called me back and I went to a job interview with the manager last week (she seemed really nice) and we talked about the normal things and the shifts I would be willing to do. Afterwards she said she would call me back by the 8th of September, at the latest. She didn't. So now you can see my concern.
Anyway a few hours ago I got a call from the manager (Charlotte) and she said I got the job! Yay me! I really need the oney and it seems such a nice place to work in.
But even though I know in a few weeks time I'm going to be complaining about customers and moaning about a late shift I will do... I'm still happy. She said she was very impressed by the interview we had.
Why it should concern my flist:
I will work on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 9:30pm, and on Saturdays from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
I have college, every week day and on Tuesdays I finish at 3pm. So I only have a short time to get ready, eat then go to work, and since I have college the next day I will be too tired to do anything else but shower and go to bed. Which means there will be no reading or commenting on a Tuesday from me.
Sorry.
But, (yay for but), on Wednesday I will do my very best to catch up on the fics and anything else of importance. Because you are all such amazing writers and I need to read the lovely fics.
